Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Registration details: full name, email address, and cell phone number.
• What you create: posts, replies, attachments, documents, meeting RSVPs, and reports.
• Basic technical information needed to run the service, such as sign-in sessions and request logs.
• Uploaded photos are re-saved automatically, which removes embedded metadata such as GPS location.

How it is used

• To review membership requests, operate the community, and send account emails (verification, sign-in links, membership notices).
• Floss & Order is free and noncommercial. We do not sell personal information, show advertising, or share information with sponsors.

Who can see what

• Members can see your name, when you joined, and what you post. Your email and phone number are private unless you choose to show them on your profile. Your meeting RSVPs are visible to you, Moderators, and Administrators.
• Administrators can see registration details, private administrator notes, and membership history to review and manage membership, and attendee contact details for meeting coordination.
• Community discussions, documents, meetings, and resources are visible only to approved members, never to the public. Floss & Order has no private messaging; members who want to talk privately do so outside the application.
• Moderators can see reports and the content they review, including content that has been removed, and the names of meeting attendees. Moderators cannot see members' email addresses or phone numbers, or administrator notes.
• Shared documents are visible to approved members only and are delivered through short-lived private links.

Service providers

Floss & Order uses Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (email delivery) to operate the service. Data is hosted in the United States.

Cookies

Floss & Order uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. It does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

No patient information

Do not share patient information or other protected health information. The service is not designed or represented as a HIPAA-compliant system.

Your choices

You can update your name, phone number, email address, and contact visibility on your profile.

Keeping and deleting information

Your information is kept while you are a member. To close your account or have your information deleted, email hello@flossandorder.com. The administrator will close the account and delete your registration details. Posts or files you shared may be removed with it.
